John 14:15 " If you love Me, you will keep my commandments"
During this gift-season, we don't have to wonder if what we offer Jesus will please Him. He left us His " wish" list. He made it VERY CLEAR when He said: " If you LOVE Me, you WILL KEEP My commandments." " Jesus answer, " Whoever loves me will KEEP My Word." John 14:23. And this passage: . This is HOW we KNOW that we KNOW Him: if we KEEP His commandments....the love of God is truly perfect in whoever keeps His Word. 1 John 2:3-5
This CHRISTmas let's GIVE Jesus the gift He desires most, our OBEDIENCE! Take inventory of the kinds of " gifts" you've been offering to Jesus, the places you serve sharing His Word, with your mouth or your actions, the time you spend helping others, giving HOPE will BLESS Him.
For it is WITH God ALL things ARE possible Mark 10:27
Father God, guide me today to do all things that will bring glory and honor to Yôu Amen
