Be sure to tune in again - for the NFR tonight - a particular shout out to the 15 barrel racing finalists who volunteered to wear dog tags of fallen women soldiers around their necks for their runs tonight. Many heartfelt thanks from all of us here in the barrel horse world for participating in this special tribute and hats off to the WPRA for passing the tags and information on each fallen soldier to the final 15 at the red carpet awards banquet last Thursday. Class act!
And a special thanks to Sage Kimzey who volunteered to carry another set of tags with him on his bull ride tonight. He will be carrying both Green Beret Travis Hunsberger from Goshen, IN and Army Ranger Jered Ewy from Edmond, OK.

I know I'm being tacky, but I couldn't help but wonder how many superstars from other sports would do this. . . . God bless cowboys, cowgirls, and our military

Not really tacky considering how UNGRATEFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL the NFL players have acted all season!
