Location: Somewhere around here | Well winter is officially upon us, and I hate it lol. I've never been a winter person, never liked the cold, and I can't wait for spring. Sixty nine days left until spring is here! Alas, I'll be content with my hot chocolate and hot toddies |

| I absolutely HATE the cold. I just got home from the barn, and I had toe warmers, hand warmers, body warmers on! The whole 9! I hate layering, because I always feel restricted, and I can't move! Here in VT tonight, we are in the midst of a snow storm, 8 in so far, and it's coming fast..I just brewed some tea and going to sit in front of the pellet stove! |

Y'all bundle up and stay safe and warm |

| I have a love/hate relationship with it.
We go so hard all spring/summer/fall that I and the ponies enjoy some time off. Once the holidays are over we’ll start to haul out and ride if conditions aren’t nice here. There’s supposedly some snow on the way.
We just got heat ran to our new shop, so we will have some fun in there this winter working on some projects and keeping the dummies well roped waiting for spring. |

I would take that weather in a heart beat! It was -5 this morning and the expected high on Christmas is supposed to be -4. Not loving this weather! We got over 8 inches of snow in the last 5 days too. |

Always wanted to visit your state, but it will definitely have to be in the summer!! Now my husband on the other hand would love to live up there... He did 5 years in Alaska and loved it... Been here almost 10 years and still complaining he is hot when it ge s over 80...

| -12 right now with a wind chill close to -30.
We’re swinging hard to the “hate” side right of the love/hate right now.
Thankful for automatic waterers and slow feed hay nets. Pups and barn cats are staying in the heated shop. I’ll be hearing back out at lunch to take a jaunt around town and make sure my diesel doesn’t gel :( |

Location: Somewhere around here | Our high yesterday was 14. It snowed some but it was light and dry. I can't stand wet snow that turns into ice, too scary for me. My husband and his Dad have a bottle calf business when we feed bottles every morning and evening and we grain + water everyday too. We have about 120 (I think) on bottles right now but 200ish weaned and just getting grain and water. I think if we didn't have this business and be outside for more than 8+ hours a day in winter I wouldn't mind the cold as much. |

Better you than me. We were just saying how nice it was to just have our 8 head of roping steers this year. Sold out of our cow calf pairs last February. Chores that take 20 min tops are nice. |

We're supposed to get to 13 Monday night with wind chill around 5 or so. No snow tho. I don't ever remember it being that cold here! And won't get above 43 for over a week---that is just unreal for our part of the world. . . For y'all that deal with this regularly, you are so tough! |
