| I have a 9 y/o mare that I have trained myself (owned since she was 4 but rode her befor that for a client).
I have been running her in a swivel shank easy stop for the last two years but find myself making mistakes and not having the ability to pick her up in a run.
What are some suggestions you have for bits?
She is broke broke broke and now in the last year she is really firing and I can’t seem to find the happy medium of woah and something I can pick her up at the Barrels with.

| Maybe try a JD Chain hackamore. I really like it, has plenty of whoa and lift. | |
