Do they make a fifth wheel hitch that you also use to pull a gooseneck horse trailer?

They make one that goes on a ball just like you use for your trailer. My dad has a ram with the fifth wheel package and he has a ball that drops in and locks and his fifth wheel hitch attaches to it. I've pulled my trailer with the same ball he uses for the hitch. And yes I checked to make sure it was the right size. I know he really likes it and says it's easy to take in and out.

This may not be the exact ones but just an example

This explains them:
