Went to ride yesterday, and the concho on the side was missing. I couldn't find it. Where do I find a set of two? I don't need the same ones. It's a two piece that you have to screw on with a flat head screwdriver. I don't really have a local tack shop.

Teskeys also has a big variety of conchos. They have always been super good to deal with as far as shipping and ordering goes.

Once you get the new conchos, put a dab of clear finger nail polish in the hole then tighten the screw. It will help it stay tight.

GoCrazy!  Shopping for new conchos is so much fun https://www.teskeys.com/tack/conchos-hardware.html

Also, I have found that if you call them to place an order it usually ships out faster, especially if you only have one or two items.

They have some really pretty ones! Do I have to specifically find one that says Chicago screw? A lot of them on there don't say anything, and I didn't know.

I have bought lots and lots of concho sets off of ebay and extra chicago screws. Always had them within a few days after ordering..
If you have a extra headstall take the concho off of it and use it untill you get another one..
If I were you I would put a drop of nail polish or super glue on the chicago screw to make sure it stays on, I check my screws all the time to make sure they are tight and check the buckles screws too if the buckles are not sewed on, I have seen the bits fall out of the horses mouths during a run because of loose chicago's screws..

Conchos.com has those exact ones.  Then get some extra chicago screws for spares, longer ones if your leather is real thick.

It's a good idea to buy a bag of the tack screws and keep it in your horse trailer. Really important to keep a screwdriver in your trailer and check tack before you compete.

If you do order conchos make sure you ask for the longer screws tell them its for your bridle and its on the bit end, most of you conchos comes with super short screws and you need the long screws. I see in your picture that your useing a chain mouth piece, how is it working on your horse?

Ok, I will tell them that! Thank you! I only have one of everything right now, one saddle pad, one bridle, etc..but overtime I will keep adding. That is a Jr Cowhorse chain with a copper pacifier. I have only rode him once in it, two weeks ago, and he didn't play with it much as he did with the broken two piece, didn't fuss a lot either. I haven't been able to ride since then as the temps have been in the negatives during the day and night. It's 3 out right now, but still too cold, so waiting until it warms up again. It's looking like the middle of next week will warm up in the 20's. I had the chiropractor come out on Wednesday, and he's getting used to that, starting to like it! Chiropractor said he is extremely tense in the TMJ area, but softened up with her working on him.
A few friends have given me the evil eye for trying a chain bit on him. I said I didn't think they were harsh bits.

If you call them and tell them what it is for they will make sure you get what you need. All the conchos they have can be put on bridles.
