Ok, I need some new jeans that are mid to hi rise...must have stretch and preferably look very up to date...I like the trouser jeans, but whatever...PLEASE help me narrow this down...oh, and I'm NOT skinny, wear a 14 or 31/32. What do y'all ride/compete in? GO!

I love riding in the Rock and Roll Cowgirl jeans. I also have a pair of Rock 47 by Wrangler that I love. They have more stretch than the RnR, but the fabric is thinner. I am sure you can get the Rock and Roll in different rises, but I can't remember what mine are. The Rock 47 come up a little higher though.

Q baby's are available in a higher rise I believe - and affordable, I struggle to pay $80+ because I destroy jeans. My personal favorite are Cruel Girl Georiga’s But they don’t have any stretch and are getting harder to find.

I also really like a pair of Ariat jeans I have that I had to buy in a pinch when I went to the restroom at work and noticed the pair I had on was about to give up all my secrets

Im interested to hear the replies on this thread. I am currently a size 14, although up until last year, I have been a 10--that's a whole other issue. LOL It is difficult to find any that fit me and I'm nervous to order online because even in the store, I'll try on 5 pair that are exactly the same size and 1 will fit, and the other 4 I cant even pull all the way on. I don't get it.

i LOVE my ariat jeans. They have a ton of different styles and i love that they have my length. i have a 38" inseam so its superrr hard for me to find jeans, and the ariats are perfect!! They do have some stretch but not a ton to where they make the jeans baggy (i hate that). and they last! Ive put these things threw some hell and they hold up awesomely. They run me about $50 a pair, which i dont think is too bad. I get all mine at big Dees as they always seem to be the cheapest.

Have you tried Levis? I found the 314 Shaping Straight Women's Levi Jeans- love them. Very forgiving, mid waist fit, and no gaping waistband. I'm a size 8 but thicker in the legs, and booty and they fit me very well and comfortable.

Rock N Roll Riding Jeans. Come up higher but also has some extra in the leg area for when you're riding.

These are the only jeans I'll wear.  I wouldn't consider them a mid rise tho.  I'd recommend the OP check out their mid-rise jeans - they're similar to the riding jean but come up another 1".  They're just enough higher that I can't stand them.... LOL

I LOVE the Stetson trouser jeans. They have a mid-rise, come right to your belly button; relaxed hip and thigh, wider, straight leg.

I saw some jeans on South Texas Tack website that looked interesting.  Appeared to be higher waisted, but relaxed through the hip and thigh like the old Cruel Girl Georgia jeans.  Sure wish they'd bring those back!  I have one pair left and they're hanging on by a literal thread or two.   https://www.southtexastack.com/south-texas-tack/south-texas-tack-womens-mid-rise-comfort-fit-jeans-15935

Was wearing the Rock 47's but found out that they discontinued that line for women.... ugh... of course... just like they did with the cruel girls.... as soon as I find some that are comfortable they are discontinued....
Anyway, tried on some Ariats while we were in Vegas, and liked them enough to get 3 pair. So I guess I have to hope they don't get discontinued anytime soon...

Wranglar Aura jeans are all I have in my jean rotation right now. I have had enough wrecks and accidents that I need some forgiving jeans that don't break the bank. Ranching is HARD on clothes. I get dressed, feel like I look ok, then head out to do chores and come in feeling like a wreck. I am not going to put 80 dollar jeans through that. I cringe at paying 50 dollars, so I shop the sales online. Aura offers talls, which I like and a big variety of styles. Although 14 tall seems to be the most popular size.

We carry the Just Tuff line from Cowgirl Tuff and a LOT of ladies love these jeans!  They have a higher rise without being obnoxious and they have the same great fit.  Best of all, they are a lower price!

Was never a fan of the ariat jeans until recently. I love the fit but have not ridden in them yet either. They are a mid rise and I like the amount of stretch to them. I am built kind of half J-Lo, half Hershel Walker so finding jeans that don't gap when I sit has always been a tough one. I do have a pair of the Stetson Trouser jeans that I like for riding in also, as well as a few pair of the Cowgirl Tough. I really miss the old style Cruel Girl Dakotas I think was the fit, they were built like I am, smaller waste, bigger in the booty and room for my running back legs. I also have several pair of some of the wrangler womens jeans that TSC carried and they are pretty inexpensive. Not a fan of how they look per say but they are great to ride in for everyday fit wise, and at the price I could care less if they get trashed with hoof care products or supplements, etc.

At the advice of someone on here I tried Maurice's brand mid-rise bootcut jeans. They fit great in all the right places with a touch of stretch. They are a medium weight denim in different washes. I got mine on sale, 2 pair for 45.00 I have bought every name brand out there at all kinds of prices, but the older I get, the more I go with what fits and looks good.

Grace in LA relaxed fit they are the best for me. I have worn cowgirl tuff and they used to be my favorite, but when they stretch, they fall off even though when I first put them on they fit well.

So I am super tall and curvy on the bottom and in googling Tall/longs I stumbled on theirs. They have mid rise and the x longs are like 38-39 inch inseams that actually touch the ground WITH my boots on. Plus when they have sales the jeans are $20.

I bought regular length and they were too long for my regular shoes, but perfect for boots, so they do run extra long. Good quality jean for the price!

I bought a pair of jeans at Old Navy and I love them, mid rise and fits my curves. They were only 20 bucks on sale, can't go wrong there. Just wish I could find jeans with deeper pockets, all the pockets are shallow and I loose everything I put in them.

I love the Levis 529 curvy bootcut. I was between sizes, went smaller and love them. They have the perfect amount of stretch for riding, a higher waist and I never have to pull them up. They have different washes and they are pretty much the only jeans I wear. You can get them at Kohls on sale for under $40.

I was wearing Cowgirl Tuffs and Q Babys, but I felt I was always tugging them up after I sat down.
