Those are great ideas Just trying to come up with something for a saddle club. Received a call from a barn where we hold barrel races twice a year and owner will allow me to have a fundraiser if I want. They have made some major changes at the barn so it would also be for exhibitors to see what the new changes are. So we have a place to have it but winter is here and not many are riding yet.

I think if you had a live and/or silent auction with a $/plate dinner, then people could walk around, check out the changes, and hopefully help your saddle club raise some money!
