Location: NE TX | Most of y’all with bleeders probably know I have a bleeder from all my posts in the last year.
I’m the last 5 months, she has had an upper respiratory infection, got over it, then a month later ran once (friend borrowed her and didn’t notice anything), ran 3 times a month later and she was clocking a little slower than she had in the past (but those were our first 3 runs back together in 5 months), then in the last month I’ve noticed when she trots she’s fineness but she breathes heavy when I lope her. It’s not roaring, and only occasionally does she’s sneeze.
She had two weeks off then I rode her for two weeks then the holidays got here and now these last two weeks I’ve been trying to ride as much as possible but with my schedule and the weather it comes to about 3 times a week.
I’m not planning on running her soon just want to know: am I paranoid, or couldthere be something to this. Vet thought it was just “lack of wet saddle pads” but didn’t scope her.
Thanks in advance! |
