i have a maiden mare that is 9 days over due. She has little to no bags, but has some edemas right in front of her udders. Today she had some wax on the tips of her teets. It was a yellow color. She is not dripping any milk nore can I can milk to come out when sqeezing the teets. Should I be concerned and roughly when do you guys think she will foal? So far she has done NOTHING by the book (annoying).

anywhere from 2 hours to 2 weeks. They can all be so different. I have one mare that doesn't wax at all, no signs, nothing...an hour later you have a baby.

Her teats have def changed. they went from facing in to more of a straight down/ outward. My main concern is she wont have any milk, but if shes waxing she obviously has to have milk right?

Some maidens milk doesn't come in until the foal.
This. Gestation can be so variable between horses, and even between pregnancies with the same horse. As long as she isn't dripping colostrum, then I wouldn't worry too much. The release of hormones after she foals will help her milk come in.
Our maiden is at 290 days and her teats are starting to change ever so slightly, but she's within the normal parameters for progestagens and estrogen, meaning the foal is still healthy and not compromised, with no placental thickening, so we aren't too concerned.
It sounds like she could foal at any time. Every horse is different, which makes it a bit scary and somewhat frustrating! I hope it all goes well, keep us posted

Just pay close attention to her and see what her bag looks like when she foals. It may be worth talking to your vet and seeing if shes a candidate for domperidone. No need to panic or anything, but worth a chat at y'alls convenience. IF she doesn't make much of a bag when she foals definitely get ahold of your vet and talk about tubing colostrum to the baby and doing some things to get the mare to lactate. Maidens are weird...
