Have you heard of Formula Focus? I'm a sceptic but wonder sometimes if things like this can really work. I haven't even ever used energy drinks or anything like that but sometimes I wonder if something could help with focus and get rid of wondering, fuzzy brain.

I’m a skeptic as well. I’m skeptical of any herbal/naturopathic remedy that claims to improve mental performance or fuzzy thinking.
It has all the earmarks of garden variety quackery.
It’s probably safe enough, but I highly doubt any solid scientific proof exists that validates their claims. A lot of these companies hope that a lot of people “give it a try”. That’s how they make their money.

Thank you for validating my thoughts. I'll keep my money in my pocket. I'm pretty sure that most of my fuzziness comes from my sinus stuff. I'm always fighting that.

I'm no doctor - but I noticed when I lowered my carb intake, my brain fog decreased significantly and I make it through the whole day with more focus on work or whatever I am doing. May be something to consider..

I can't comment on this product, because I have never heard of it. However, on the topic of brain fog, I can relate. I was constantly fatigued and felt like I was in a fog for most days the past couple of years. I am 33 and all I wanted to do was lay on the couch! I finally gave in and went to a hormone specialist that a neighbor recommended. She ran every blood test imaginable and it turns out so many of my hormone levels were completely out of balance--many dangerously so. My body was not equipped to handle stress and it was struggling, hence the fog. I am 4 months in now with the bioidentical hormone replacement therapy and I feel like a new person. The vitamins and supplements are pricey. Insurance does not cover most because they are "natural," etc and it costs me a couple hundred a month to continue, but it is so worth it. I felt better after the 6 week mark. My husband noticed positive changes in me far sooner though. I recently went back in for a followup after having more bloodwork ran. My levels are balancing. She tweeked a couple things, so I'm eager to see how the next followup goes in 3 months. Hormones are underrated and affect us wildly!
