Yes. 
Real wool is usually about $100 upgrade. Wool is a natural fiber therefore it is naturally shock absorbing and naturally heat absorbing. It is well worth the extra cost. Man can't make a fiber better than wool. Pair it with a real wool saddle pad like a 5 Star and you're set!

Fleece is man made. Keep this in mind. 

May I ask why you are using a fleece shoulder relief cinch? Personal preference? 

I use a mohair cinch with nylon off billet and strap. Curious why you are using this set up is all.
