| Hebrews 12:1-2 Let us RUN...LOOKING unto Jesus.
In addition to putting ou priorities in order, giving us a forward mindset, and bringing passion to our lives, FOCUS helps us KNOW where we are headed. Paul said, he was PRESSING FORWARD, toward ' the goal'. The Greek word for " goal" is scoops, from which we get our word SCOPE. Like a scope on a rifle, FOCUS enables us to get our goals and priorities in the crosshairs. FOCUS enables us to KNOW where we ARE GOING and HOW WE ARE GOING to get there.
FOCUS is the fountainhead of successful living. It helps us to begin our task with the end in mind. So what is your goal in Christian living? What is in the crosshairs of your scope? When we begin to FOCUS on Christ ALONE, He will HELP us put our PRIORITES in order, give us a forward look, fuel our passion, and let us clearly SEE the end from the beginning. Keep your life in FOCUS by KEEPING Christ in the CENTER of it. Keep this word picture in your mind today, the crosshairs of a scope. And make CERTAIN Jesus' priorities REMAIN at the CENTER of your target in life. Lord, I am KEEPING YOUR PRITIOITIES square in the MIDDLE of my FOCUS today, Guide me to do all things that will bring glory and honor to You AMEN
