Matthew 22:37,39 " You SHALL love the Lord your God with ALL your heart, with ALL your soul, and with ALL your mind" You shall love your neighbor as yourself.
When we TRULY capture the VISION of what God wants us to BE and DO, that VISION serves to define our activity, both short term and long term. Many people find it helpful to formulate a one sentence vision statement for their lies. This become the lens through which they VIEW their CHOICES and MAKE their DECISIONS.
EXAMPLE, "A GREAT COMMITENT to the GREAT COMMANDMENT AND THE GREAT COMMISSION. This guidline enables us to keep our ministry moving in the decided upon direction. The vision statement reminds us that if something does not foster loving God, loving others, and leading men and women to a saving faith in Jesus Christ , that activity does not make their priority list. Even as vision brings definition to our lives, to our toast sthrough life, it also defines the decisions we need to make along the way. When you know who you are going and how you are getting there, it brings definition to your life. It defines your task, who your are and why your ar where. Lord, USE ME TO HELP OTHERS DESIRE YOUR PURPOSE and PLAN for their lives. Guide me to do all things that will bring glory and honor to You AMEN for it is WITH GOD ALL THNGS ARE POSSIBLE. Mark 10:26
