I bought a saddle through her last month. She was excellent to work with (very patient with my million questions and changing my mind), excellent communication, and I would never hesitate to buy from her or recommend her to friends and family.
I met her at WBRL worlds. She was set up and I brought my horse to her for a fitting.
I have bought 6 saddles from her. All handled over phone and text. Shipping was extremely fast and she even found some stirrups for me that she did not stock. She is my go to!

Bought a pony from her 5 years ago and he's been exactly everything she said he'd be. Met her at her place to check him out and paid a deposit on him. The next week, she met us halfway with him. I think my mom also bought a five-star pad from her last year. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with her again.

I've bought 2 saddles through Felicia and she has been amazing to work with. She also helped me sell the first one that I bought through her as well. She helped share through FB and allowed me to tag her so lots of people saw it.

She also runs horse trailer world in TN. We got our trailer from her. I have no complaints. She was very nice. Last I knew she had a barn full of very nice barrel horses but health reasons prevented her from riding or being able to haul much. It helps when buying barrel horse stuff from a barrel person

I have not purchased from Felicia, but I have spoken with her several times while saddle shopping recently. She was very friendly, answered all my questions, and sent me photos of what she had in stock when I narrowed down what I wanted.
I ended up finding a used saddle elsewhere, but had I bought new I 100% would've purchased from her. I always appreciate great customer service!
