That Fallon Taylor post got my thinking about who we'd LOVE to go to a clinic to but they don't do clinics, like most futurity trainers. My favorites are most of the people who had to work their way into the industry instead of being born into it. The only reason I say that is because I wasn't born into it so I can relate to those trainers more.

I would love to go to a Brittany Pozzi clinic. Maybe she’s done some, I don’t know. But she’s won on so many different horses, ones she’s trained and ones others have, and at futurities and rodeos. I think there’s a lot she could teach!

And since someone brought up Mr. Wright who has passed away, I will add Wanda Bush. Were she alive and still giving clinics, there is no one else I would go to anymore. She cared about the kids and the horses and she always made sure the kids understood how important their parents were whether they were rodeo people themselves or not.

Personally I would say that the Joseys have earned it. I know there were times they could not afford a bologna sandwich or were were both eating beans out ot the same can with the same fork. They found a training method that works and have been very successful with it. Besides the are just really nice people.

Don't undersell the people that have been "born" into the business either. They are successful for a reason. The names Youree, Ward, and Weast have a pretty good training program that has worked for them through three generations.

Or to be close enough to haul into the Josey ranch for a clinic.

Pete Oen, Pete Oen, and Pete Oen. Watched an hour mini clinic in Louisiana, and was super impressed with not just his skill as a rider, but his knowledge of fundamentals and his problem solving skills seem right on. I liked his demeanor and attitude.

I e done the Team Josey clinic but I would love to be able to afford to do a week long clinic at the ranch. Also I’ve always been a huge fan of Lance Graves.

A friend and I got the opportunity to ride with Fred Hunter a few times and I would love to go back and learn more from him. He is full of knowledge!

Also would have liked to meet Ed Wright!

Molli Montgomery for me!! She seems so down to earth, and so many of the ones she trains go on to be successful with different riders!!

Pete Oen definitely, I like how he goes about things. Also I wouldn't mind spending a day with Hailey Kinsel & her mom, I think they've got something with their program. These are 2 people I'd want to learn from even if they weren't winning just because I think they have a lot of knowledge to offer and I like the way they ride & how the horses respond to them. As weird as it sounds I used to lope for a cutter and honestly, I've taken so much more of what I learned from him and applied it, than I have from actual barrel clinicians.

Lisa for me also. Sherry I think would be a wealth of info. Dena Kirkpatrick also.

I love clinics and I would also love to go to a FT clinic if money were no issue. I do enjoy the non-horse part too, I like seminars and podcasts about motivations thinking, brain patterns, etc. I am a re-entry coordinator for our jail, so I help inmates get back into the community so this applies on a professional level.

I have heard the Chris Martin clinics are good. Pete Oen, I have heard phenomenal things about. So many, if money were not an issue.

I am going to a Ron Ralls clinic this summer. Super pumped about that.

I would have Dena Kirkpatrick and Marne Loosenort on the bucket list, but honestly I think you can learn something from everyone.
