Location: On My Horse! | Hey everyone,
So, my boyfriend bought a gorgeous place in New Hebron, MS. As our relationship progresses we’ve discussed the idea of me, along with all my critters, moving up there. I’m not from MS, and I only know one other girl in MS that’s into horses, but she doesn’t live anywhere near New Hebron..I have a great career where I live now, so I won’t be leaving anytime real soon, but I’d like to try and make some horse friends and network a little bit. =) |

It’s Lawrence County. And Pinola and Monticello are pretty close. |

Where are you from now? I have met some super nice people from a South Mississippi (I have a couple from northern MS that a I don’t work with anymore and haven’t missed them at all, bahahaha) in both the Crop insurance, southern yellow pine industry, and one wild calf roper turned high end horse shoer (he’s got to be in his mid 60’s now).
I think it’s like most small towns and horse people in general, you will have some that absolutely roll out the red carpet for you and will make you feel like family. There’s always a couple that won’t.

Location: Mississippi | New Hebron is a little bitty town out in the middle of nowhere basically lol.. I live in Mendenhall which is maybe 20 mins from New Hebron. There's lots of barrel racers around this area and there's a barrel race or rodeo somewhere within driving distance almost every weekend! |
