| Pslam 25:7 Do not remember the sins of my youth. According to Your mercy REMEMBER me, for Your goodness' sake, O Lord.
Confession agrees with God about our sin. What we camouflage as concern, God calls the sin of worry. What we refer to as righteous indignation, God calls the sin of anger. What we say is just an admire glance,, God calls the sin of lust in our heart. Confession gets OPEN and HONEST WITH God, and there is NO forgiveness without it.
The good news is that Jesus forgives. Be cautious today that you not make feeble (camouflage) excuses to your own sin. You CANT fool God. He KNOWS YOU, LOVES YOU AN IS READY TO FORGIVE AND FORGET. For it is WITH GOD ALL things are possible.
Father God, guide me today and ALWAYS to DO ALL things that will bring GLORY AND HONOR TO YOU AMEN

Location: Montana | Amen, amen, amen! I don't often post much about my religion, but in my faith (Catholic) we fully believe that confession is the way to repentance. God alone can forgive sins, but to confess them and renounce our sins humbles us before God and man and allows us to make reparation. What a great post, LJ! | |
