| Hello All,
I'm looking to breed my Streakin Six, Mr San Peppy, Bueno Chex proven 1D barrel horse/ head horse to something with more run and size. She is 15 hands but would like something with more speed. I have been considering Majestic Cartel, Feel the Sting, Frenchmans Fabulous, or SR industry titan next year. Taking suggestions on what I should breed her too? Please help me out. I am looking for proven crosses with cow/run breed. Would love to have something with more run.
Thanks

Location: Texas | It so depends on your budget, location, etc. For your mare, I'd choose Dashin Dynamo, Streaking Ta Fame, or View Me Flying. | |

| I'm not sure your budget, but I will throw out a few stallions I think would be a good cross on the bloodlines you mentioned your mare having.
I don't know if you're able to get semen from Canada, but Fiesta Royale (Royal Shake Em x Firewater Fiesta by Firewater Flit) is an extremely nice stallion. Talk about awesome mare power! He was a successful stallion himself, and is throwing some really nice foals. His stud fee is $1500 CDN.
JD Look (Strawfly Special x See Me Do It by On A High) is a great stallion here in the PNW. He is a "sire of 100% barrel racing money earners from starters." His stud fee is $1000.
Brimmerton (FDD x Fitting Celebration by Ronas Ryan) would be a good cross as well if you wanted more run. His sire FDD is a proven stallion (obviously), and from what I have seen, Brimmerton's foals are all nice. His stud fee is $2000.
Bf Farm Boss (Hawkinson x Shirleys Strawfly by Strawfly Special) is a nice young stallion whose first foal crop will be this spring. He sure is bred well, did well on the track, and I hope big things for him. His stud fee is $2000.
Best Advice (Corona Cartel x Sweet Advice by Bully Bullion) is a really well built, good minded stallion that has some really nice offspring out there performing well. His stud fee is $1750.
I realize not all of these stallions are "proven crosses", but if you're breeding based on bloodlines alone, all of these stallions have "proven crosses" pretty close to the front of their papers.
