Amazon if you have prime it works out to be super resonable. I like starwest botanical brand as I can trust their sourcing. https://www.amazon.com/Starwest-Botanicals-Certified-Organic-Spirulina/dp/B003AYEHMK/ref=sr_1_19_s_it?s=hpc&ie=UTF8&qid=1525978540&sr=1-19&keywords=spirulina
There are lots of companies though just do your home work on purity and sourcing.

My husband and I each take 6 tablets a day of the human kind and it has greatly reduced our allergy issues. They also have an equine wafer that is much easier to feed than the bulk powder.

The Perect Horse (e3 Live for horses). Hands down, THE BEST supplement I have ever used for thin soles. Now run them all barefoot - even the one who used to abscess almost once a month without shoes. A jar of the powder/flakes will last your for many months on several horses. I only feed mine 1/4 tablespoon/day and the difference in their hoof quality is amazing. I take it from the same jar, the same amount, myself. Great stuff.
