Has anyone seen any other bits with beaded mouthpiece other than the professional choice 3 piece. I am looking for a step up bit from this one ?

When are these mouthpieces useful?

The way I was told was for severity (least to most) it goes smooth, twist, square, beaded. I think the beads get their attention more and maybe gives a nervous horse something to play with.
