| Does anyone know of a feed (other than Triple Crown Growth) that is comparable to this? I am looking into maybe finding something cheaper (I pay $25 per bag) but if it comes to giving up quality, I'll continue shucking out the $. Nothing against TC Growth, its just made by same company and priced the same lol.
BB Growth is a 16/10 with added vits, mins & pre/probiotics. My horses look like a million bucks, but it seems to cost that much to make them that way lol |

| Have you tried Renew Gold? The feed Alfalfa hay and good pasture. |

| Anything comparable to BB most likely won't be cheaper. BB is a wonderful feed and company. I was a die hard bb fan until my feedstore quit carrying it and I didn't want to have to drive so far to get it. I switched over to purina ultium and I also feed renew gold to 2 of mine. I really like what I'm seeing and feeling from my boys. Purina ultium has a growth line but I don't think it's any cheaper than the bb. |

Location: West Texas | D&D Nutrition Magnify HF would be my recommendation. It would provide the same benefits, better ingredients and nutrition, while at an affordable cost. We have been switching quite a few people.
Magnify HF (High Fat) “Ultra-Premium Equine Feed”
Ingredients: Sun cured alfalfa, rice bran, coconut meal, whole flax, soy oil, vitamins, minerals, salt
Crude Protein.…………………….…………….(min) 14%
Crude Fat………..………………………….…….(min) 8%
Crude Fiber……….……………………….…….(max) 18%
Suggested Feeding Rate: 0.5% - 1% body weight per day along with quality forage.
Exemplify HP is a forage based, high fat/lower starch, all-natural, soft pellet/crumble mix concentrate feed.

Location: Southern Indiana | Tribute Kalm Ultra sounds like it would be comparable. Its a high fat feed at 12% fat / 12% protein. So the fat content is higher and the protein is lower. Kalm n Ez is 8 fat and 14 protein. The ratios are obviously different but these are both good feeds. Tribute also adds probiotics. I've fed it for a long time and its a great feed.
Edited to add: they do also have a growth formula that is 8 fat 16 protein. For a full grown horse, I probably would stick with a lower protein amount. Especially if fed with Alfalfa.
