The gelding I'm looking into buying is MEO on top and Special Effort on bottom. Any good, bad or ugly about the lines or cross?

I have a grandson of Special Effort, son of Special Elan.  Since this is on the top, I'm not sure if it would still apply, but I LOVE HIM!  He's super sweet, in your pocket kind of horse.  Even when he was still a stallion and I didn't cut him until he was a 2 yr. old.  If your looking for forward motion, he's all forward motion.  Prefers to lope over a trot, whoa isn't a priority, lol, but he will stop.  Just takes alot and alot of reps, even after 2 years of riding.  Long stride, long bodied horse.  He's a jerk to new horses in the barn.  He loves the ladies.  He goes back to Pat Cowen on the bottom.  He's got personality for days but he's very well behaved around other horses and tied at the trailer.  Even as a colt he wasn't spooky or looky.
I don't know much about the other, just the Special Effort side.
