Yesterday coming home from San Antoino I listen to President Trump on the radio and the Angel moms and dads, such a eye opener listening to them, I know a few family's that lost a loved one to illegal's one was our neighbor down the road from us, she was a elderly lady that lived alone and another older lady that lived on her family ranch, illegals came threw there all the time she always helped them out with food and water for years untill some bad ones came threw, she was a very kind lady always willing to help them out. |

Location: Under The Big Sky Of Texas | Living in a border town like McAllen we had alot of illegals coming threw our place looking for water and food, I always gave it to them I would show them where the water hose was so they could fill up their containers and gave them loafs of bread and then they would be on their way, but as the years went by more and more of the bad started to come threw thats when I would call the border patrol, you could always tell the different between the good ones and the bad. Back then we called them wetbacks, not a nice name I know. We live on some land that use to house the illegals many many yeras ago befor we moved to that land, the farmer would hire them to help work his land and gave them a place to stay while working. The old building still stood so the generations of the men and women that stayed there would follow the same path for years untill the coyotes started to smuggle them over. Times have changed and all that land is now developed into neighborhoods, the illegals stoped useing that path many years ago since the city started to grow our way. |

In case you don't know what is a Mylar sheet is, they are thin, lightweight sheets used by hikers or cross country skiers in an emergency to stay warm. Anyone got any idea what the temperature is at the border? I can assure you the children are not going to be wrapped up in a Mylar sheet. Been in the upper 90's close to 100. Its crazy seeing these people carrying around these sheets, and it really ticks me off when they say the children are locked in cages, so stupid of the reporters. |

| I don't post every little negative thing that goes on in my life so none of you know this even goes on. I have a next door neighbor who is a Mexican married to a white woman. The pieces of land on this road are small as in 2-3 acres. They have been shooting my horses with a pellet gun that can be pumped up to be as powerful as a 22. They shoot my horse all the time. I have SEEN them twice but the law won't do anything to stop them. I had a $400 vet bill on one horse. Personally, I would like to shoot back but the law frowns on that. One other thing long story short--dog had to have his leg xrayed and there was a pellet on his foot. There are some nice Mexican people that live around here but for the most part they think they are very entitled and everyone owes them something.
We say the pledge everyday at school and a few smart ones say "I pledge allegiance to Mexico. If the US is so bad why don't they go back to Mexico? |

I live 20 mins. from Lexington, I have never gone to the Red Hen but do know it is an upscale, niche place to eat. I can not believe that any BUSINESS owner would want to turn away business for any reason. I'm guessing it would have been approx. a $200+ bill and I'm sure there would have been a sizable tip. I doubt that Sarah or anyone with her started "preaching" politics to other patrons or were even disruptive on any level, so WHY ask them to leave? This whole thing makes no sense............does anyone know why Sarah and her people were in Lexington?? We were thinking maybe because of VMI? It is a distance from D.C. Either way, the owner must be crazy, after all it was supposed to be a public business.
We sell lambs to all kinds of people and it is business whether I agree with their religious choice or not. We have quality lambs we want to sell them period. I just can not understand what happened in Lexington at the Red Hen.

I have read time and time again on here that a private business as the right to conduct it in any (legal) way they see fit. This is really no different than the baker refusing the bake the wedding cake for the gay couple. Don't be that person (as in the liberals y'all always say is wrong in these instances). Just cuz she's a Reb. and we like her.
Now total disclaimer... I am a Reb and LOVE Trump and Sanders and think it was dumb the restaurant kicked them out. But again that was their right and whether or not the business suffers due to it is their problem. |

Mike Huckabee explained it this morning. The owner of the Red Hen called some hecklers together when all "but" Sarah and her husband decided to eat at the restaurant across the street. They continued to harass. Funny part was "that" part of the family who stayed are liberal and don't like Trump. Joke was on the Red Hen bunch there.  |

This is really no different than the baker refusing the bake the wedding cake for the gay couple. Don't be that person (as in the liberals y'all always say is wrong in these instances). Just cuz she's a Reb. and we like her. Now total disclaimer... I am a Reb and LOVE Trump and Sanders and think it was dumb the restaurant kicked them out. But again that was their right and whether or not the business suffers due to it is their problem.
There was just so much more to this..So sad when someone keeps harassing and following this lady after the fact trying to get something started. Shame on the Red Hen people.  |

While I do agree that they were within their rights to refuse service, they followed them outside and continued to harrass them. That is over the line and they should've been arrested for it. It is not ok to essentially bully people because you don't agree with their actions.
(I think kicking them out was insanely dumb and I hope their business takes a serious hit because of it.)
See I haven't read anything about it yet and didn't know about the following outside and all that. No don't agree with that part at all for either side/belief or reason.
The Baker didn't refuse service or kick them out of business, he refused to bake a particular cake but offered to make a different one. |
