Location: USA		 Im having a trailer carport built and I want to build it tall enough to accommodate a living quarter with a hayrack and generator. How tall does it need to be?

I would say go up on your trailers hay rack, take a measuring tape with you and have a helper stay on the ground. Measure from the ground to the top and see how much extra height you want.

Location: Not Where I Want to Be		 14' eave hieght. 

Max legal is 13'6" so that gives you 6" of wiggle.

I don’t have one right now with all that but am getting a carport. I wanted to get one to accommodate my future trailer that has all that

Location: Southeast Louisiana		The tallest your trailer can legally be is 13'6". You can go taller if you want to be sure you can open your hay pod and walk around up there to load it.

Location: Texas		I previously owned a 2012 Platinum with the blocked axles and a haypod.  The total height was 11'3"  I would go a couple feet higher.
