Why is it sometimes Amazon is cheaper than the actual people who make the products? I have seen some horse supplements that is cheaper by 50.00 and free shipping than from a dealer or website where the product is from. But sometimes Amazon is higher tho.
I don’t know the technical answer...who is the seller listed as?
I would want to know that it was fresh stock. Not quite the same thing, but I was laptop shopping a few months back and ran across the one I was looking at cheaper on Amazon. Started reading reviews and it was brought up that the laptop you would get was 1-2 generations out dated! Everything on the listing made it seem like it was the latest and greatest and a great price unless you went over the specs very carefully and knew which processor was in old generations vs new generations.
That made me a little wary of buying certain things on Amazon.
I buy a lot on amazon, but make sure what you buy has reviews listed. Of course horse supplements won't have as many as things like electronics or clothing. But you want to check the reviews and make sure nobody has gotten anything out of date, or the wrong product, etc.
I have a horse with recurring sarcoids and I get his Xxterra on amazon for 1/2 the price as anywhere else and it's exactly the same.
