Is anyone breeding the old fashion way (in Texas or Oklahoma preferably)?

I have a mare I can't get to settle via AI....looking to turn her out and let nature take it's course [hopefully].

Thank you

Blackmon Quarter Horses out of Ganado Texas has some nice studs that are offered to the public for live cover. She has a nice Triple AAA son of Bully Bullion-- Draws a Crowd, a nice Poco Bueno Grandson- CDF Poco Gunsmoke, a homozygous blue roan and several others to choose from. They all throw nice babies and lots of color as a bonus.

What did the vet or breeding farm say was the issue in not getting her bred via AI?

If she's an older mare with a cervix that doesn't relax, live cover isn't really going to help you much. If the semen you were using for AI was the problem, then live cover may be fine.

Or if she's persistently infected, live cover will only add volume and funk to her repro tract and that won't help anything either.

I may be mistaken but I think Chapman's pasture breed. Great stud Sun Frosted Rocket.  Look up Cierra Chapman on face book. I did not read all the posts but I figure your mare will need a clean bill of health.
