I saw a product advertised called NRF2 that is supposed to work well for navicular horses. Anyone ever tried it? I've been using Osphos but always curious of other things available out there.

So, I had someone reach out to me about this also....through Facebook. This is the site they recommended for more information.

https://www.equineprotandim.com/

I haven't really had time to look through it, but it might help you!

I use it for myself and have used it on my horses between shipments of Cur-ost. I fractured 3 vertabrae in my lower back @8-10 years ago. About 4 years ago I had to give up running as it irritated my back and hips, it was either running/working out or riding....
2 years ago one of my ex-gymnast told me about Protandim and when I looked into it I had to laugh, I was doing the tumeric/curcumin for my horses with great success but hadnt' even contemplated it for myself. The first thing I noticed when I started taking it was I had a bit or energy, not nervous energy like energy drinks but when I got home from work I didn't have to guilt trip myself into getting on a horse and riding. Then weekends I was going to a race, getting home and getting 2 more horses ridden, etc. A month in my fiance was no longer having to help sit me up in bed first thing in the morning after riding 3 horses the day before. It just kept getting a little better each month. In fact last week I was able to load 20 bales onto the truck and then unload and stack them when I got home and then go ride all 3 horses and still rode all 3 the next day . Haven't been able to do that since I was around 43 years of age. 3 months ago I was able to go back to the gym too and have been able to add some light running back into my routine, nothing challenging or long but as a fitness freak it feels so good to get to do some of what I used to love to do.
As for the horses, again, I have used the NRF2 if I'm short on doses of the Cur-ost before my next shipment comes in with good results. Haven't tried to compete on only it however.

Me and my horses are on it! I swear by it! I’ve tried a lot of different things to get a handle on my Chronic Fatigue Syndrome/back issues and my mare’s whole slew of lameness issues! This WORKS! It’s not a miracle cure, it simply helps your body function properly and heal what it can like it was designed to do. It’s affordable and backed by science! I was to the point of wanting to euthanize my mare this winter, NRF2 was my last ditch effort. It saved her life. I just redid her injections and my hope is that is the added boost to help the NRF2 battle the inflammation. She feels better now than she ever did before her lameness issues came about! September 9th we will see what the clock has to say about it! She hasn’t barrel raced in a year because she was so bad. I’m beyond greatful this was brought into my life. I feel great knowing I chose to promote such a great product as well, they pay out far more than I expected as well!

From any distributor. The company used to sell in retail stores and decided to cut out the middle man to keep the cost down for consumers and keep the personal relationship aspect with distributors and buyers. Protandim was my last ditch effort to help my mare and I. Neither one of us are magically cured but we both have a much better quality of life now! Of course as with anything everyone is different with how fast and how they see results.

Protandim has 20+ studies done proving the science behind it. I did thorough research with proven sources before giving it a try. It works by reducing the oxidative stress in your body, oxidative stress causes damage and inflammation. Over 200 diseases are linked to oxidative stress. I have Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and am getting screened for auto immune diseases. I also take the NRF1 because it boosts mitochondrial health and ATP levels witch the CFS zaps, and the ProBio because I’ve always had issues with gut health.

My mare and I both had horrible quality of life before this so I’ve become pretty passionate about it. (There are counterfeit pills being sold online not through distributors.)

I liked it but if you read the possible side effects one of them was spotting and I did. It wouldn’t have mattered but at the time I had just found out that I was severely anemic and one more heavy period and I would be in the hospital for a blood transfusion so I quit it. I was also buying it for my horse and I believe it played a major role in saving what little sight he has in his eye after an injury. Now that I am post menopause I have been thinking of getting back on it. I liked the calm energy I had and overall just feeling good.

Been using it for myself for years. I was one of their first distributors.
Works great for me, but I haven't really seen a big difference in horses who are on it - just being honest.............

I don't take these products but I take a lot of the ingredients that is in it; plus more, and I do feel better. I have major problems with energy and the ingredient list was what I expected to see. I think I do it cheaper though. It is a huge pain in the butt to cut up tablets every week though

Protandim is only $40.99 per month... pretty darn cheap. It gets pricier when you add more products but I still spend far less than I was spending on the 7+ supplements I was on prior with no relief. I also hate buying multiple products and mixing so I prefer the convenience.

I googled it and you can get it from Amazon and ebay and other places, you can buy two, three or more and really save on it when you buy more then 1 or 2 bottles and free shipping is a plus. I've been looking into it too, but waiting to use up my suppements that I got from Springtime for my back, befor I try something else.

There are quite a few counterfeit ones being sold on Amazon and eBay. They look identical to the real ones. So yes you can buy there but there is no guarantee that you are getting the real product.

I know some people are selling the legit product (even though it’s against company guidelines) I’ve just heard a lot of bad stories on people that end up with the counterfeit pills.

I’m definitely not “cured” but glad to have some relief finally! I’ve spent the last 7yrs trying to get to the bottom of my back issues which were believed to be causing my fatigue and migraines. Still have no clue why I’m in severe pain all the time but I finally have a LPN that actually CARES and is trying to help but of course she’s limited because she’s not an actual MD. She’s helped me far more than any MD has! The NRF2 is definitely helping me along the way!

How can you tell the difference between counterfeit and the real deal, is there a seal of some kind on the bottle of the real one that you can look for?
PM me some information on this product please, would like to see the ingredients..

GLP - 2018-08-19 8:19 AM Who do you buy this from? I have decided to try it again since I am several years out from my health problems. PM if you rather
How can you tell the difference between counterfeit and the real deal, is there a seal of some kind on the bottle of the real one that you can look for?
PM me some information on this product please, would like to see the ingredients..

Sorry! I’ve been super busy and apparently missed that people responded!

LifeVantage has a strict policy against not selling products any other way than through a distributor link directly to their site. That way the product is guaranteed and they will stand behind it! People also loose out on learning about all their other products because they aren’t dealing with a distributor or looking at the LifeVantage website. I know for me personally the NRF2 helped but adding the NRF1 to promote mitochondrial health and healthy ATP levels, the ProBio for gut health, and the drink mix to beat the afternoon slump has REALLY made a difference! I do also have Fibromyalgia so I’m dealing with a lot more issues than most.

Lifevantage works hard to make sure these products are removed, they have purchased them and what is in side is scary.
Lifevantage states right on there website that no products that are made from Lifevantage are sold on these sites! Be safe!
????You can also call and talk directly to the Company and they will assure you none of there products are sold on these sites!

I have been checking out this product, and been going to their website LifeVantages.com.. I rather buy from the website now after reading up on this. But like I was asking how can you tell from the real to the fake?

It’s very very subtle differences. There are overseas companies dedicated to making fake product look real. Some things have been as simply as white writing instead of silver, broken pills, pills with more color... They do not test out to be the real thing but unles you test every bottle unfortunately it’s a giant risk. Distributors do NOT agent a discount so if it’s being sold cheaper than LifeVantage offers it, chances are it’s not real. Nobody is going to take a loss selling something like that.
