I pay progressive at all of my races and created my own on an Excel spreadsheet. Unlike most (which seem top-heavy and just random percentages), the one I created actually pays like IBRA payout of 40, 30, 20, 10 but in progressive format. Shoot me your email and I'd be glad to share.
