Love his dappled booty; do you have any full body pics? And high five for that great husband you have |

He’s actually coming out of a kill pen in Texas, so I guess I was asking here as I don’t really know how to go about finding info on his brand.
He’s a cute gelding tho. I jokingly told my hubs that I wanted him for Christmas. Love that man.

Whats the name of the seller, the name should be on his ticket/receipt and where at in Texas was the sale barn? And you should get a coggins with this horse and the name of the seller should be on it too. |

Location: The best kept secret in TX | If you are buying from a kill pen the "organization" you are buying from will have access to the person who actually owns the horse. More than likely a kill buyer bought it and resold it to them. The kill buyer will be able to get you the coggins and the seller name. Most of the kill buyers won't mind handing over the info. This horse more than likely was ran through a sale, a kill buyer bought them, and then sold them to whoever you are buying from. Find out what sale and what day the horse was ran through, and a hip number, and you should be able to find the info if the kill buyer won't help. |

Location: In The Snow, AZ | I tried contacting the guy who took our money He never got back with me. So we contacted the guy who’s hauling him and he gave me the name on the Coggins, Trent Spivey. We found him on Facebook, he sent us his number. After speaking with him, we have a little more info. He, apparently, is a well known team roper. He owned this gelding for three years. Came up sore on a front last year, so was put out to pasture. He said he has too many horses and not enough time, so he hauled the ones that he’s not using to the sale barn. He said possible navicular changes :( I guess we will see what we get when he arrives.... the hauler said he moves out just fine and isn’t currently showing visible lameness. |

We didn’t ask his name. I’ll have to message him and see. I feel dumb now. I guess there were so many other questions that it slipped my mind.
After some more research, we found that his brand comes from “Riding the Wind” stables. Left a voicemail with the owner there, waiting to hear back. |

Well, my husband spoke with the brand owner, and he unfortunately had a stroke a few years ago. Doesn’t quite remember what they did with the gelding but said he’s confident that he’s nice. So I’m just anxiously awaiting his arrival to see how he is. |
