Who makes pretty dog collars? She has a blingy one that she wears if we go somewhere but she needs one for constant everyday wear. Needs to be able to have her name and a phone number. I can’t get her a tag. We tried that and my other dogs just pulled them off. I want nice leather or coated nylon with a engraved plate. We live in a subdivision and have been having trouble with loose dogs. Ours stays inside but she was on the porch with me yesterday and the dog catcher stopped by and told me that she’s suppose to have a collar on at all times with contact info and rabies tag. Said we could actually be fined for not having it. I’ve never heard of that but going to get one just in case.
