Thats what they look like. I’ve never had any issues with choke but I do have a horse that has had 2 close calls with laminitis (thankfully he has never actually had any coffin bone rotation). Anyway, since spikes in insulin are the enemy of any IR/laminitis prone horse, I was thinking maybe this feeder would help slow down his consumption of the little grain he does get. Just curious to see if it works as advertised and how people like them. Thanks! |
