Hi,
I don't have access to cows but have dabbled in some sorting and penning. I've been wondering about flag training since I can't get hold of cows and was hoping it would be something fun for us to work on... get his brain off the barrels for a bit. This seems like something I could work on in an indoor over the winter when I'm stuck inside. Maybe it will even help him hunt them better?
Any DIY ideas for a setup? Help with getting started?
Thanks!

I have ridden in a cutter place that had a DIY set up. They just ran a cord down the length of one side of the arena, flag on it of course , pully at far end and a bicycle at other end off the ground. Someone has to peddle forward and back to move the flag but it worked.
