I know not Royal Quick Flash...but I had one stud colt (then gelding) out of Hempen/Royal Quick Dash daughter. DTF on the top. Worked great on arena work. Very temperamental to handle on the ground and run barrels on. Trained very well, but tended to do his way on barrels. He just seemed to things his way for the most part. They (Royal Quick Dash) seem to be great on the track, top or bottom.

I have a broodmare that is double bred that way on the bottom. So not a real good idea of how much of her mine/ability comes from that (she is by First Wrangler) but she is gentle and willing. She ran AAA in both AQHA and APHA races and did well in barrels when she was consistent. She looks like she was pin fired at some point so maybe soreness was part of her inconsistency too. She's a good mother and her babies are very easy to work with.
