I'm hauling a manure cart through mud and getting bogged down just to keep stalls clean. Something has to give so I am going to upgrade to something I can pull with an ATV and hold a larger quantity. Does anyone have something they just love? My horses aren't even stalled. They have free access to the barn and are fed there daily. However they seem to love to lounge around and stand in the winter and of course poop everywhere.

We have a Frontier mid sized ground drive spreader.  It is fairly good sized, but handy.  We pull it with a four wheeler.

I have had the smaller newer spreader for about a year now. I really like it. Only holds about 3 muck buckets before it needs to be dumped. They do make a bigger version. Spreads super fast and easy with the 4 wheeler. The only issue is ground clearance. If we get hammered with snow my spread path needs to be plowed before I can spread I can do about 6" then its a no go.
