Those of you that have or had a horse that had Tie back surgery, how long did it take for the wound to heal and what was your after surgery care instructions?

Location: Muskogee, OK		Vet here, during my internship we did a bunch of them. Usually took 10-14 days for the surgical site to "heal", although they are sutured closed so not really a wound, per say. We would recommend rest for about 30 days then start back into work.
