Location: Oklahoma		Where do I go to find out if a new law for taxes is in effect? Regarding horses. I've tried to google but cant find anything. Or has there been no changes? thanks

Or a lawyer. If your looking for federal, then it'll be under the Federal Tax Code (probably in agricultural). If your looking for state then you'll have to look up your state's tax code

I read part of the new stuff and 'claiming' may have to do with race horses, not claiming horses as an expense overall.  Most of the changes that I saw did not seem to affect what I think of as my horse deductions - and my CPA calls me and lets me know if there is any significant changes when they happen.
