yes...it’s that time already for us....I’ve been reading that it says not to hang the ones with the attractant that u add water to in the barn bc they attract flies...well where else are u supposed to hang them?? We had been hanging them on the outer part of our rafters....it says use the sticky traps in the barn....I’ve not had much luck with these...has anybody else?? Trying to decide what to get

We use the sticky strips, not the tape ones cause they never stay put. I get mine from amazon. They work well.

I use the attractant type with the water.  I put them around the outside fence.  It does pull the flys away from the horses.  I change them out monthly during the summer.  When I throw them out they are full of flies...thousands of them.

I use the water w attractant inside and outside. The flies seem to be everywhere anyways so I may as well trap them and as many as I can.  I have 3 inside the barn and the flies stay around that and off of the horses. Once they fill I dump them and spray them w fly spray to kill any that could fly off. I tried the tape and the star bar ( which never worked for me )  Id love to hear what else works.    I did add chickens who are old enough they now hnag out in the horse pens and barn so we will see if they helps too.
