These two joint supplements look the most appealing to me. I have a 6 year old gelding and a 16 year old mare. Have you tried these? Any info or insight would be great! The 16 year old does get yearly joint injections.

Ive had great luck with actiflex with my older gelding. He gets stiff when not in the pasture. When he is on this he acts like a 4 yr old. No stiffness. You just have to find what works on your horse. I've hear many people say this works on my horse then people come back and say they didn't see any change in their horse.

It comes in liquid form, powder, or pellet.

I have used both , I felt I got the same results with both. My horses loved the pina colada flavor. Like knock me over to get it. Having said all of this.......I got my best results from injectables. I currently use pentosan monthly and my 14 year old mare has not had injections in close to a year. She normally is on 6 month hock injections. I probably won’t ever go back to feed throughs. They are about the same price.

I started my 5 year old on Actiflex pellets a little over a month ago. I did alot of research and I feel like it is the best bang for your buck. She wasnt necessarily having any joint issues but she is a bit opinionated and I didnt want to give her a reason to get sassy with me lol. So far its been good!
