I just attempted to log into the new AQHA website. YIKES. I cannot access records. It wants me to link member IDs (which I have two) and even though I input the last 4 of the SS number associated with the account, as well as my DOB..I get an error that the answers do not match. Anywho, I waited for 17 minuets on the phone to get a nice man that took a message and is going to have someone call me. Those poor folks are swamped over there. Seems as if the new website has caused a lot of issues as well as being behind on registration and transfers. 

If anyone has advice on how to navigate said problems above I am all ears :) 

Good luck.  I’m pretty sure you’ll find the $10/mo you use to get in free records is gone too, if you ever manage to get logged in.

Not to hyjack the post, but I have a question... I have a few horses I need to transfer, but i hear its a terrible wait, is it worth it right now to send them away?? 

I am purposely holding onto some paperwork until I feel like they catch up. I know of some that have have called and gotten things taken care of but lots have been waiting for a long time.

It is getting a little scary. Can we go back to the old website already!?!?

AQHA has really screwed up their wedsite, they need to knock who ever thought that changing up the web site was a good ideal in the head!!!! LOL,
