Is there a reason she is having a hard time getting barn help.
I don't live in texas but I can tell you no one in california wants to work everyone is hiring and desperate for a hard working employee.............................no matter what the payscale......................its horrible

She works you hard. Most cant handle the amount of work. No one wants to work hard any more. And its hot and humid in south texas.
I worked for Andrea Cline for 4yrs, its not for the faint of heart.
I have a training and boarding barn and I cant keep anyone around. They either cant do the job worth a ****, or all they want to do is ride and not put in any other work.
We had a ranch hand job filled for a college kid, he lasted 2 weeks. he was working at our feed store, helping on our ranch and helping me feed and clean. then bailed for something he thought was better. Gave me 2 days notice.
Our feed store help just baled too bc I wasnt giving him a raise. Well he shows up late everyday and is lazy. So he didnt Deserve a raise.
