| I want to share a wonderful product I have found. No I don't sell it !! It's by Herbalife & it's called H30. It is an electrolyte / antioxidant supplement. With the humidity & riding in it we all loose stuff our body needs. Sat, I rode slyder & by the time I got done, untacked him, let him cool, hose him off & wash him down with his liniment & clean his stall, trust me, I was a mess. I made a glass of the H30 & within 5 minutes I felt so much better. My body felt rejuvenated enough that I went back out & mowed the backyard. It's a powder & you mix it with a glass of water. It tastes great & it works. | |

| I have fallen out now three times in recent years at shows. I started taking Hammer Nutrition Endurolytes and they have helped a ton. I've had migraines since early childhood and there is something about hot and humid days with storms coming in that is a big trigger for me. Of course shows are often on days like that so . . I try to keep all other factors as ruled out as possible and hydration and keeping up with electrolytes, as well as eating decent food. It's nice to find a supplement that works to help us oldies stay more active! | |

Location: Bastrop, Texas | I generally steer clear of products that are sold in pyramid schemes or MLM schemes. I don’t trust them. Basically this is a sugary electrolyte drink. If you like it and are convinced it is da bomb, by all means drink all you want. You should be aware that this drink has a particular kind of sugar in it called “trehalose” which has been correlated with an increased risk of “C. difficile colitis” in recent medical publications. Chances are you won’t get it, but if you do, be prepared to sh!t your guts out for several days, or worse. Some of you may be familiar with this condition. If you are, you know what I’m talking about. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5984069/

Scott, I have no idea what you are talking about, but Herbalife has been around for many years. It is an established company. I buy it from a place here in McAlester called Downtown Nutrition. They also have a line of multi vitamins, which I take & other products. And no I haven't crapped my guts out. I'm sorry, but this isn't your run of the mill, pyramid scheme company. So what do you suggest, gateraid, which is the worst stuff ever ??

Location: Bastrop, Texas | Mary, you are right. You really don’t have any idea what I’m talking about. Yes, Herbalife is a MLM company. A couple years ago they paid a settlement of $200 million with the FTC over their pyramid schemes. That’s a lot of money, but it was distributed to over 300,000 distributors who were screwed, so each distributor got a few hundred bucks in the deal. They sound shady to me. Google is your friend....if you don’t believe me, google. Make sure you take note of the source of your information. In other words, don’t regurgitate some pap from “Herbalife.com”, or whatever. I’m happy for you that it seems to help.....I hope you don’t experience any adverse effects. That wouldn’t be fun.
