I've been waiting on a name change, since December of 2018. Everytime I call they tell me it is on the way. Guess what? I'm still waiting.

I just didn't give up calling them. Got my colt, did a transfer and correction on the certificate at the same time (and silly me had read an article on AQHA's own web site that they did corrections for free-NOT!), it took a couple months but I called them once a week til it was done.

	This so maddening! I have a little personal experience as well. It's very frustrating when customer service is nonexistent. Is there anything that can be done? Do member complaints go nowhere?
