I recently aquired a Longhorn/Martha Josey Saddle.  It is in pretty good shape.  It's had some repairs done to it.  The saddle originally belonged to my older sister, was purchased about 25 years ago by someone I know.  She has a ton of health problems, is unable to ride so she gifted me the saddle for my birthday.  She did not take very good care of it.  She used Neatsfoot oil on it (which I don't like) but that may be what saved the saddle from complete ruin.  She brought me the saddle covered in dirt and bird crap since she stored it in her chicken/duck/goose/turkey shed.  I spent all day today scraping, scrubbing and polishing.  I still need to work on restoring the seat which was suede and is now smooth.  What I'm curious about is if there is a place to buy a replacement fender and conchos?  I tried googling but did not have much luck.  TIA for any help and/or advice.  I am attaching pictures of what I accomplished so far....

A good saddle shop/maker can make replacement fenders.  This I know, because I have the very same saddle and replaced the worn out fenders many years ago.  My saddle shop even duplicated the stamping on the fenders.
