I just wanted to share a really great electrolyte I stumbled upon, Ultima replenisher. I'm always on the lookout for a good one, especially for Jacob, he hates drinking water and with all his baseball he MUST stay hydrated. I've tried all the add in flavors for him and he hated all of them. But, he absolutely LOVES this new one I've got. He asks for it. It has all the good stuff and NONE of the bad stuff. And the taste is awesome. You can order online. My health food store has it. I bought the raspberry flavor and its delicious! Just a little Monday FYI
I’ve stuck with old school Thermo Tabs, no fillers, sugar or flavor. In bad heat and humidity I take one every 4 hours. It’s the only thing that saves me from heat exhaustion.

I'm going to try these, this heat is kicking my bu**, so I'll try these and see if it helps with heat exhaustion.
