| I dont think I've ever been unhappy with their feeds other than the price on the higher end performance line. The intensify line is pricey if you're feeding more than a few horses. I personally didnt like the equiliene line... my horses condition fell off after being on it. I'm getting ready to send the 4 yr old off for roping training and I'm sending him with Bluebonnets Energizer feed. It's very economical and the trainer can feed him more of it without any ill effects.. I once sent the horse with the omega force and told him only 4lbs a day max.. well I think he probably doubled that amount and the horse was nuts. He wont measure stuff he just uses a large scoop. Just the way he is and feeds... the Energizer is a 12/8 pellet. Once the horse comes home he will go back on the buckeye Gro n win I feed at home. Only 2lbs per day along with alfalfa cubes. |

Location: Muskogee, OK | Absolutely love Bluebonnet. I’ve been especially impressed with the Intensify Omega Force- it’s more expensive per bag but you can feed SO much less of it so when you break it down by lbs you have to feed vs. other feeds it is very cost effective. Most all maintain on 3lbs per day of the Omega Force. |

 Nothing Comes Easy

Location: Texas | I did not have good luck with Bluebonnet. I fed 5 horses it for almost a year. I fed Omega Force to everyone but colt who was on Growth and Development. I was having a few issues-- My horses were not holding weight and I was pouring feeding into them plus alfalfa pellets and high quality coastal. My show horse didn't have the mass she should have had with how much I was feeding her. My show horse and her colt were also both very crampy/colicky and gassy around feeding times. Both were treated for ulcers during my time with Bluebonnet but it did not help. My show horse also was having behavioral issues. All issues resolved after I stopped the Bluebonnet. I switched to Renew Gold with the same amount of alfalfa pellets that I had been feeding with the BB. Mare and colt haven't been colicky, gassy or crampy, behavioral issues have resolved, and my horses are much heavier in weight. My show horse gained more mass, and we started to have huge advances in our training with in a few weeks of changing feeds. More focus and less upset. Not every feed is for every horse. Bluebonnet just didn't work for my crew. |

Location: MS | Mine have done great on Omega Intensify and Ex factor. My wild one settled down and has less gut issues. But, I don't give them much feed less than a scoop a day. They get mostly hay and have stayed fat and healthy. I had them on Renew Gold before Blue Bonnet and would say that they did just as well on it. |

Location: TExas | I have not had any issues. I feed about 35-40 head. We feed a couple different lines. Boarding horses are on Energized Performance and coastal, Training/Barrel horses on Equilene Complete (alfalfa), some of the other training horses are on Intensify Senior Therapy(alfalfa). I have one on Omega Force (alfalfa) as well, he is in to put weight on after breeding season. I think a lot of people that feed the Omega Force over feed it. I have talked with our rep many times about barns over feeding it because they think they need more. When you over feed the OF a horse can not process all the vit/min in the feed and body goes in over load trying to break it down and tend to look worse. Almost all my horses are on the min amount needed if not less then recomended. They always come in and look better within 30 days of being on our program. If I have one that is not putting weight on or not blooming like i want them to. I put them on 30 days of the Transform to address any digestive issues. That normally will jump start them and then they start looking amazing afterwards. |

Nope and while it's very nice and convenient to have your whole barn on the same feed it's just not always feasible. Horses are individuals just as we are.. I have 3 at home and wouldn't you know it, they are each on a different feed. No one gets just a scoop of that ... I think the feed I'm most impressed by, by Bluebonnet is their Intesify Sr. Therapy. It's a really nice feed and doesnt take much to get 1 plump! When 4yr old comes back from training in a few months and my 11 yr old starts back to getting hauled every week I'll probably put them back on it, I just couldn't justify feeding it to the boys hanging out. |

So true. We have 3-4 different feeds we feed of BB. Sr Thereapy, Omega Force, Equilene Complete, Energized Performance. We feed what fits the horses and works best for them. |

Location: SE Missouri | No bad reviews from me for sure and I feed mainly the Energized Performance. I liked it so much I became a dealer. I have ordered the Horseman's Elite Ultra Fat and Horseman's Elite Senior Therapy and I also use the AlfaNibblets. My before and after pictures are pretty amazing even without feeding their top end feed. I did just order some growth and development for my weanlings to get them started on a creep feed, but haven't got them going yet. I will be taking before and afters of that. |

Location: The Lone Star State | I switched 4 horses over to the Ex Factor by Bluebonnet. All but one ate it no problem. My mare hated it! I kept treating her for ulcers with the expensive stuff and she still would not eat it my non horsey BF said maybe she doenst like the feed? I was like no way BB is the best! For 6 months I was sure she had ulcers and kept treating her with Gastroguard. When all else failed and she still wouldn't eat it I bought 1 bag of her old feed (Patriot Performance 14% pellet) she ate like she had not eaten in a year! To this day she is the first one up in the barn and gobbles up her feed. I loved the quality of BB but It was a pain to feed one different than the others so I went back to the Patriot feed. I am still eating crow with my BF lol!

Location: Gainesville, TX | We feed the Intensify Growth to a couple of ours. If they are easy keepers it seems to do fine. If they aren't we have to add a bit of Ultium Growth to up their weight. |
