Does anyone know enough about IRA accounts and minimum distributions that if they had the persons age and amount of last distribution that they could (roughly) figure out the value of the account?

It's going to depend on what the IRA is vested in and if they did min or max amounts of contributions each year and what type of IRA (Roth, Single, etc.)
