Looking at property to buy. We are currently in OR. Found one in Wittman AZ to but not familiar with iether of those towns.

Wittman will save you 1 hour Every day and 6 to 8 every weekend (Drive time to barrel races)

Pearce will save you 10 to 15 thousand per acre 

We breed more than run 

We spend way to much time delivering horses to Wittman

So in hind site "I'd spend the $ and save the time"
