I am sure this has been talked about before but I did a search and not a lot came up.  I'm looking for feedback from people that have had either of these floors for a while.  I am looking at a new Platnium trailer and pullling mats is such a pain I am wondering about going this route.  I am wondering how the floors hold up underneath after a few years.

I have WERM and I absolutely love it.  It's so easy to maintain.  I roll my drivers side trailer tires onto a block and then hose it out - having that back left side elevated prevents the poop and whatnot from running under the back tack room.  It's so easy and I don't have to worry about urine ruining my floors.

We have polylast, have only had it a year but very pleased.  We had it installed in our 2011 Platinum.

We bought a new trailer in 2017 with polylast. We love it so much that when I ordered a smaller trailer this year, I ordered it with polylast.
