| Please pray for the safe return of my little dog Bradley. I’m on vacation and he wandered off at my mother’s when she let him out to pee. This isn’t the first time as he did this back in 2013 and 2015. I thought that would be it..he means everything to me and I feel so helpless being far away. We’re cutting our vacation short and going home in the morning to look for him. He’s resourceful but so little I worry about coyotes in our area. Prayers would be so appreciated

| Sorry it’s taken me so long. He’s been shared thousands of times on my mother’s Facebook with a reward and we’ve put almost 300 flyers in mailboxes, hung flyers, walked for miles, put out food stations and game cameras, scent markers, etc. My flyer also has reward on it as well. There was a possible sighting yesterday evening. I’m trying not to get my hopes up but they saw a 25lbish lemon colored hound crossing a creek with a wet/muddy 10lb mop with floppy ears and a blue and white collar about 3 miles from us. His collar is mint with tan swordfish so I can see where it could look blue and white. I pray this is him. Really trying to be positive but not put all my eggs into one basket. He’s survived many times out in the woods and was found in the woods originally so I’m hoping he can hold his own. Been looking every moment we get and sleeping downstairs on the floor in case he scratches at the door. Tomorrow is my day off so back to a full day of searching. Thank you for the prayers; please keep praying!! |

Location: Kansas | I just read a story on FOX about a lady and her husband who lost their dog in a small Montana town while they were vacationing. Border Collie named Katie. This woman quit her job, sent her husband home, and stayed in this town for two months hoping to find her dog. Long story short a citizen alerted her to a stray dog that might be her and sure enough it was. That's a never give up story so never give up.

Location: Kansas | Are there any local Lost and Found facebook pages for your area? Not sure how rural your area is, but I always suggest going to the pound / shelter to visually check. Many shelters mis label breeds, sex and such on intakes. Hoping for a safe return. |

| Thank you for the kind words, suggestions, and prayers. Continued to post flyers, go door to door, etc. We had a professional pet tracker come out. She used to train search and rescue dogs and trains her dogs like cadaver dogs for lost pets. She tracked his scent all over the yard of course and then tracked it to the end of their driveway and kept laying down, indicating the scent ended. It's possible he was picked up. We went to the possible sighting and she did pick up his scent all over and it took us into a horse barn, through a field, down the road back towards their house, and down a driveway, but then the poor tracking dog got shocked by an electric fence right on her nose and she couldn't track after that..she has never been shocked and just wanted to get out of there. I'm really hoping I can get her to come back out. I'm working on it. We then walked our dog from the missing point back to the house to make scent trails, and I had peed in a bottle and sprayed it the whole way. Crazy but I guess it can work. My boyfriend also walked the stream from the house to that location with Bradley's other buddy and they peed as well. Someone is working against our efforts and stealing our signs. At first I thought it was a coincidence but they've taken down so many so I put up nice laminated 11x17 signs 2 evenings ago and they were gone yesterday morning. My boyfriend put a trail cam out and we think we have our culprit. It's against the law in VA to take down lost pets signs apparently. Regardless, it's cruel and it worries me that he's involved as he's a nut job. Please pray for us and my little Bradley most of all. I pray he's okay and if anything has happened, that he didn't suffer. I feel miserable and just want answers. I've been told that I basically need to move on and I'm just feeling lost. I only look forward to coming home hoping he's sitting on my front porch. I try not to look at his food bowl and it pains me to think about sleeping back in our bed as before vacation, he cuddled up next to me under the covers all night. I ridiculously can't fathom sleeping back in that bed right now. He's a family member and it just feels like a death. I pray I get him back. Sorry to be so negative, I'm just hurting. He's been my only constant for 7 years.

| You all have no idea how much I appreciate your prayers. I had the tracker came back today. I made a drawing of the first and only sighting and then the trackings. It looks terrible but you get the gist.
We started at the tracking that was done on 9/26 as that's all the farther we got, and he was headed back our way and then for like an hour the tracking dog wouldn’t leave the creek/wooded field area that I have circled. There’s a house right near that area that has buildings, etc and they said I can camp there and look under their buildings as there's one in particular her shepherd alerts to. The tracker advised we put out food stations on either side with game cameras so we did, and I also put my one tshirt I've worn a lot and my stinky socks at them too. I really hope we catch him on the game cameras.
Please continue you're prayers, I can never thank you enough for doing so. Prayers he's coming home or stays there long enough I can get him. If I see him on the game camera, I'm definitely camping!

| 1st means the sighting, T means tracking from that point to the T and the date. Those points are 1.8 miles from home and then the sighting. |

| Thank you guys for your thoughts and prayers, please continue to think and pray for my little Brad. He's still missing and it's just been too painful to get on here and post. I would literally give up all of my belongings and live in a box if it meant having my baby back. I pray he's safe and we find him, or if he's passed that I find him so I can cremate him and mourn for him. I feel like it's almost shameful to grieve for a pet, especially if its lost. But he's not "pet" at all. I feel mentally and physically tired but I just pray for strength so I can do all that I can do to find him. I feel so devastated but I'm trying to be somewhat optimistic. Hoping I can get the tracker back out this week. |

| Please continue to pray for my little Brad. He's still missing. I had the tracker out for the third time and that last area we tracked to, is where we started and the scent doesn't leave that area. She strongly believes he was picked up. I asked her about coyotes and while it's a possibility, she said it's not as easy as one would think for them to pick up an 11lb dog..they like things that won't struggle and they usually would leave remains in the area. So I know that's a possibility but I'm trying to be proactive if he was picked up. We're trying to share it all over Facebook. I just pray they take him to the vet and he gets scanned for his chip, but I've unfortunately read that not all vets scan new patients. If you happen to see our post, please share. If he was picked up, who knows where he's at. Because we're so close to the Blue Ridge Parkway, I see tags from everywhere. |
